In order to delete your user account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

ISAFE Direct MyOk Mobile Application:

  1. After successfully logging into your account on the ISAFE Direct MyOk application, click on the 'Profile' button.

  2. On the Profile Dashboard page, click on the 'Account Settings' tab.

  3. In the Account Settings screen, click on the 'Delete User Account and Data' button.

  4. Verify the account by validating the Verification Code/One-Time Password received either by push notification, email, or phone number.

  5. Answer the security question associated with your account and click on the 'Continue' button.

  6. On the Final Deletion Confirmation screen, select the checkbox and click on the 'Agree' button.

  7. Following this step, the user account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our system.

ISAFE Direct MyOk Web

  1. After successfully logging into your account on the ISAFE Direct MyOk Web, click on the 'Profile' button.

  2. On the Profile Dashboard page, click on the 'Settings' under Account Name menu.

  3. In the Account Settings page, click on the 'Delete User Account and Data' button.

  4. Verify the account by validating following:

    • Verification Code/One-Time Password received either by email, or phone number.

    • Answer the security question associated with your account.

    • As the Final Deletion Confirmation, select the checkbox if you agree to delete the account.

  5. Click on "Submit and Confirm to Delete Account".

  6. Following this step, the user account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our system.
